NJP-2500 is designed on the basis of NJP-1200 automatic capsule filling machine to meet the needs of mass production. Its functions has reached the domestic advanced level and is the most ideal equipment for the production of capsule medicine in current pharmaceutical industry.
 
Main Features
1.The inner design of the turntable is optimized by applying Japanese original linear bearing to improve the accuracy and service life of the equipment.
2.The cam is designed to be installed at the bottom to increase pressure atomizing oil pump, keep the cam groove lubricated, reduce wear and extend the service life of parts.
3.Computer for control and stepless frequency control are applied. Eye-catching and intuitive value is displayed for convenient operation.
4.The lowering plane of the metering plate is the benchmark, which guarantees the uniform gap, narrow filling quantity distribution, accurate filling quantity. The difference of the last one can be controlled within ±3.5%. (Probability of common capsules can reach over 99%. The machine is applicable to fill traditional Chinese medicines and Western medicines.)
5.Security device for human and machine and device for automatic machine stop during material shortage are equipped for stable, safe and reliable operation of the machine. Therefore, the machine can be the ideal equipment for pharmaceutical factories to produce hard capsules of medicine or health care product.
