Automatic 4-head Liquid Filling Machine

It is widely used for daily chemical, food, medicine, and petroleum filling in various fluid industries. For example liquids, shampoos, shower gels, edible oils, pesticides, fruit juices, honey, liquids that are not very viscous, or other materials.

Working Principle: Under the action of the cylinder, the material will be filled through the piston pump. The filling volume of the cylinder is adjusted by a signal valve to achieve precise filling.

Performance: The filling machine and additional functions are designed and manufactured by our factory and refer to the same foreign machine. This machine is simple and easy to operate, with error correction, adjustment, cleaning, and maintenance.

It has the functions of automatic conveying, automatic filling, no bottle filling, jammed bottle position-ing, preventing dripping, lifting filling, and so on. Can be equipped with a protective cover. For stan-dard machine, the material contact part adopts 304 stainless steel material.
The material contact part can also be customized to be 316 stainless steel. A hopper can be installed, and the hopper can be equipped with an automatic liquid-level control system.
