Features and Innovation

 

1. The machine adopts HC high speed, high precision motion controller, adopts a servo motor to control the drawing of the film, and makes adjustments more convenient and accurate.

 

2. The machine can automatically finish the following working process through the program: PVC roller release, PVC preheating, bottle forming filling sealing, punching, and cutting.

 

3. The machine adopts the human-machine interface making operation more simple.

 

4. The filling head does not leak through, no appear foam and overflow.

 

5. The contact parts with the filled liquid adopt SUS 316L and conform to the GMP standard.

 

6. According to different filling materials, the filling system of machines can be chosen, peristaltic pump or rotary valve pump, to achieve a highly accurate measurement, and small filling difference.

 

7. GGS-240 P5-A can make the standing bottle. Machine equipped with the eye mark tracking system function, making the product more beautiful.

 

8. The cutter is individually controlled by dual servo motors cutting can be adjusted freely.
