NJP-800 automatic capsule filling machine operates intermittently and fills capsules with a metering plate of holes. 4. The lower plane of dosing tray is the benchmark for three-dimensional adjustment and uniform gaps. Thus, the filling quantity difference can be effectively reduced and the machine can be cleaned conveniently.
5. The machine has perfect functions since it is equipped with HMI. When material or capsules are lack or material channel is faulty, the machine will alarm and stop automatically. Besides, it can display the counting value of every capsules and the cumulative output.
