1.Introduction

GDZ-50 Multifunctional Vertical Box Packing Machine is a box packing machine which can select the
degree of automation as required. It's capable of packing reverse type tuck in cartons for various industries like pharma, food, cosmetics, etc. This equipment is specially designed for small output and multi-size carton packaging with multi advantages of saving labor cost, high production efficiency and etc.

3.Packing Process

1. Push box into star wheel.
2. Fold box lower small flap.
3. Press both lower big flaps.
4. Flatten both big flaps.
5. Product fall into box.  
6. Fold box upper small flap.
7. Press both upper big flaps.
8. Flatten both big flaps.    
9. Product push out.
