Features of Multi-Channel Counting Machine



1. The photoelectric and micro-computer systems are integrated to calculate accurately. Countable products include tablets, capsules, grains, soft capsules, and transparent capsules. No mechanical parts need to be replaced or adjusted. Feeding nozzles are customized according to the bottle size. With a high-speed microprocessor and all Chinese/English dynamic graphics display operating system, all parameters can be set on it. Sensors are made of American chips and special photoelectronic chips, which make the whole control system precise and concise. Compared with other manufacturers, they are more suitable for multi-channel requirements. The whole circuit control system, only the sensor box, and the main control box which all sealed, these two major parts are easy to replace without a tool. skilled workers only need 10 seconds.

2.  The double-axis cylinder is used to control the feeding, filling and releasing of bottles. The structure is simple, the adjustment is convenient and the control is stable. The filling quantity can be adjusted arbitrarily without errors. The range of single bottle filling quantity is 1-1000pcs. It is equipped with an automatic rejection system of counting errors, so as to ensure the accuracy of the precise number of counting. The default filling rate is within the range of 0.1‰, and the unqualified filling quantity is no more than 1pc. It has a debris reject function by alarm with sound and light. and will display information on PLC.

3.  With automatic counting detection and rejection device, the device can automatically reject each bottle when it detects inaccurate counting. There are dust collection devices.

4.The vibration frequency is adjustable and the speed is fast, so as to ensure the speed of particle separation.

5.With two sets of vibrators, the vibration is stable, which can make the pill, especially the irregular piece, run smoothly and avoid miscounting.

6.The sliding plate of pills adopts two or three steps, and the granules go downstream one by one. The distance between pills will be set according to the procedure, so that overlap can be avoided.

8. With a photoelectric control device, automatic detection bottle in and start feeding, no bottle no start. When it returns to normal, the equipment will start and run automatically. When error occurs, the equipment stops, and the alarm stop information is displayed on the screen. At the same time, the operation mode displayed on the screen is used to reject it.

9. The nozzle can be vibrated when filling, the nozzle will firmly hold the bottle mouth to ensure that the big pill is not blocked and the small pill is not jumped out.

10. Using a modular design structure and locking component of the cylinder makes tool-free disassembly in the real sense, which not only facilitates maintenance and avoids many potential risks, but also avoids the accidental drop of solid parts such as screws and nuts caused by long-term vibration into the blanking bin and enters the bottle in the process of long-term use, thus causing serious impact on users.

11. Three-stage dust collection design is adopted. Dust holes are opened on the vibration plate and collected in the recovery trough to be removed by a vacuum cleaner. In addition, in the sensor counting box, dust removal can be achieved by setting the blowing interval time according to the density of dust through the special automatic blowing and dust removal function of the machine. According to the number of dust sensors automatically fill the light. Dust excessive self-cleaning, to ensure the accuracy of the number of particles. There is no need to clear the sensor window in the operation of the equipment, and there is no need to stop the equipment from time to time. The pill door has a dust-proof function to avoid dust entering the cylinder.

12. PLC screen display parameters and mechanical state, with automatic fault diagnosis and real-time monitoring alarm display system. Reprogrammable computers can store up to 30 sets of production parameters and increase them to 100 sets. The system can record, save and print batch production information, and can call out and view.

14. When replacing bottles of different heights, it can be realized by electric regulation and upper and lower limit switches, and controlled on the touch screen.
