Applications: 
This model is designed specially for packing pyramid tea bag with three-layered envelope.
It is suitable for packing various single tea leaf, flower tea, fruit tea, herbs etc.
Can pack all regular tea or those irregular shape herbs, flowers.
Also can blend and weight different tea material into one tea bag etc.

Feature:

We are the only factory in China whose electronic scales is made of food grade stainless steel SUS304, more hygienic than otherswith plastic material.
Updated electronic spiral scales with 2 times filling system with detection sensors to avoid machine running with less or empty tea materials.
Full ultrasonic sealing for inner bags allow straight line cutting and avoid film wasting.
Working capacity can be 2,400~3,000 bags per hour. (decided by tea materials)
One machine two functions: can pack both pyramid and flat tea bag with easy shift on touch screen (when pack inner bag ONLY).
Operating flexibility through optional adjustment of technical parameters.

Can handle different packing materials such as Nylon, PLA fiber, PET, Non-woven fabrics or other ultrasonic sealing materials.
