This machine is a new generation of products through painstakingly researched and developed. Punch frequency can achieve to 200 times, it is 4 times higher than a normal blister packaging machine. It combines the advantages of a flatbed and drum blister packaging machine, and with a specially dedicated tablet feeder, so it has some features like high punching frequency, energy consumption province, accuracy, stability, ease to replace the mold, high yield, and so on.

Features and Innovation

1. It adopts a new domestic transmission mechanism, and the main transmission shaft is driven by the platoon chain, which eliminates the error and noise of other gear transmissions.

2. The electrical appliance adopts the imported control system, and it can be equipped with the missing material and missing compensation device, and the missing particle detection and reject device according to the customer's requirements.

3. The whole machine adopts a segmental combination: PVC forming, feeding, heat sealing into one section, with hot aluminum forming, heat sealing, and punching into one section for split packaging.

4. The use of a photoelectric control system, automatic feeding of PVC, PTP, hard aluminum packaging, and automatic punching of waste edges ensure the synchronization and stability of ultra-long distance and multi-station.

5. Equipped with an automatic rewinding mechanism for waste materials, the waste materials are evenly collected, and the finished products are output in an orderly manner. The delivery port has been installed with a conveying mechanism to provide the necessary conditions for subsequent equipment and production.

6. One machine with two functions, can produce aluminum-plastic or aluminum-aluminum varieties.

7. The whole machine adopts a split connection design, which is convenient for transportation and access to elevators and workshops.
