NJP-Series Automatic Capsule Filling Machine, a kind of automatic hard capsule filling equipment, operates intermittently and fills capsules with a metering plate of holes.
The machine after optimization, considering features of traditional Chinese medicine and requirements of GMP, acquires features of compact structure, small size, low noise, accurate filling volume, complete functions, and stable operation.
It can also feed, separate, fill, and lock capsules, clean wastes, discharge end products, and clean molds at the same time.

FEATURES AND INNOVATION
1. Improving the inner design of the turntable and applying Japanese genuine linear bearings to improve the accuracy and service life of the machine.
2. Placing cams beneath to increase the pressure atomizing oil pump, reducing wear, and extending the service life of components.
3. Linking the column with the bottom plate to fix the filling base. Thus, the material can be filled more stably and accurately.
4. Using the lower plane of the dosing tray as the benchmark with three-dimensional adjustment and even gaps to reduce the filling differences effectively and clean the machine conveniently.
5. Applying HMI with complete functions. When capsules are not filled or the material channel is faulty, the machine will alarm and stop automatically. Besides, the machine can function to display the value of the filling volume of every capsule and cumulative output.
