Product Description

Tube filling and sealing machine is used for cosmetics industry, light industry (daily-use chemical industry), pharmaceutical industry, food industry and other industries. The machine is suitable for products which choose tubes as packaging containers. The equipment fills such materials as ointments, creams, gels or fluids with high viscosity into the tube, then seals the tail of the tube, and prints the word code on the tube to produce the finished product.

Main Features
1. The machine adopts ultrasonic technology to seal, and the sealing effect is stable and long-lasting; the lines at the sealing are clear and not deformed.
2. Manually drop the tube, press the start button, the machine will automatically seal and trim, the operation is convenient and quick.
3. Independent research and development of digital automatic ultrasonic automatic frequency tracking electric box, no need to manually adjust the frequency, increase the power automatic compensation function, will not reduce the power of the machine due to long use time, can automatically adjust the power according to the tube material and size. The processing is stable, the failure rate is extremely low, and the service life is longer than ordinary electric boxes.
4. Controlled by PLC touch screen, easy to operate.
5. The whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance.
