Introduction:
DPP-100 automatic blister packing machine, the machine integrates light, electricity and gas, and is controlled by PC buttons or PLC programmable control. It can automatically complete forming, feeding, heat sealing, embossing, punching and cutting and other processes. It is suitable for aluminum-plastic, paper-aluminum, aluminum-aluminum and other packaging in pharmaceutical, food, electronics, medical apparatus and instruments, hardware products and other industries.
Features
1.The latest domestic high-power transmission mechanism is adopted, and the transmission shaft is driven by the multi-strand chains, which eliminates the error and noise of gear transmission.
2.In the electrical control system, it can be equipped with imported electrical control components according to customer requirements.
3.The machine is composed of four stations: PVC forming, feeding, heat sealing, punching and cutting, and they are integrated, and can be packed separately.
4.It Adopts photoelectric control system, automatic feeding for PVC, PTP, aluminum-plastic packaging, automatic waste recycling device, to ensure the stability of ultra-long-distance and multi-station synchronization.
5.It can be optionally equipped with photoelectric color marking system, servo motor drive, and image-character register to optimize the quality and high-grade of packaging.
6.This machine is suitable for: capsules, plain tablets, sugar-coated tablets, pills, injection, special-shaped, etc., as well as blister packaging of medical apparatus and instruments, light food, and electronic components.
