NJP-1200, a , operates intermittently and fills capsules with a metering plate of holes. Features and innovation:

1. Improving the inner design of the turntable and applying Japanese genuine linear bearings to improve the accuracy and service life of the machine.
2. Placing cams beneath to increase the pressure atomizing oil pump, reducing wear and extend the service life of components.
3. Linking the column with the bottom plate to fix filling base. Thus, material can be filled more stably and accurately.
4. Using the lower plane of the dosing tray as the benchmark with three-dimensional adjustment and even gaps to reduce the filling differences effectively and clean the machine conveniently.
5. Applying HMI with complete functions. When capsules are not filled or material channel is faulty, the machine will alarm and stop automatically. Besides, the machine can function to display the value of filling volume of every capsule and cumulative output.

During the operation,

At Station 1, the capsules in the charging hopper are fed vertically to capsule-feeding plate one by one, then to the outside end of straightener by horizontal fork, and fed to the die assembly by vertical fork and vacuum, then separate caps and bodies.
At Station 2, upper segment move upwards, and lower segment move outwards.
Station 3 is left for station expansion, can increase pellet unit for filling slow-released pellets.
At Station 4, powder is filled into capsule-body after pressing five times at powder chamber.
Station 5 is left for station expansion.
At Station 6, suction system cleans defect capsules that cap and body not separated.
At Station 7, upper segment move down, and lower segment move inwards.
At Station 8, locking pushrod moves upwards to join the filled capsules.
At Station 9, the joined capsules are ejected and collected.
At Station 10, the die holes are cleaned with clean system to prepare for entering next cycle.
