NJP-3200 automatic filing machine is newly designed and developed independently by our company, on the basis of original technology and advantages of similar products all over the world. It is characterized by large output, accurate filling volume, good adaptability to medicine and empty capsules, stable operation and high automation. Therefore, it is an equipment for mass production.

Features and innovation:
NJP-3200, as a full automatic hard capsule filling machine, operates intermittently and fills capsules through a plate of holes. Filling and conveying stations are all enclosed. The upper mold base looks beautiful and elegant and has no dead corners for convenient and quick cleaning.
Both of upper and lower molds run one-way. Imported double lip polyurethane sealing ring is applied for good sealing.
3.Mold cleaning station can blow and inhale for dust-free mold holes during high-speed operation.
4.Locking station is installed with dust collecting device.
5.End product discharging station is equipped with capsule collar to avoid flying dust.
6.plate is made of copper to increase wear resistance and will not be out of shape easily.
