It adopts with PLC controller, automatically operating from liquid or high velocity material filling till batch number printing (include manufacture date), it's an ideal equipment for ALU tube, plastic tube and multiple tube filling and sealing in cosmetic, pharmacy, foodstuff, adhesives etc industries.

- Adopt the spring tube pucks ensuring the same height of sealed tail.
- Using automatic right color systems ensuring the automatic right superscript of oval or other special-shaped tubes.
- Adopt mechanical drive mode filling system ensuring the stability of loading.
- Rising puck style for filling stage.
- Adopt original binding LEISTER air heater.
- Hot air inside sealed the tube,cold water circle-cooled the outer wall of the tubes.That ensured the effect of the sealing.
- Exhaust the harmful gases outdoors by fan (made in Taiwan).
- After sealing,equipped with air-cooled systems, to avoid heat transfer to the paste.
