The machine is applicable in fields stuff, pharmaceutical industry, daily chemicals, entertainment, cosmetics, hardware and et, etc30 automatic cartoning machine is widely used in various items cartoning automatically, such as antigen test kits, capsules, blisters, soap, toothpaste, hardware, tube, disposable face mask and etc. It is convenient to adjust the automatic feeding device and control the cartoning speed on the touch screen.

 

The machine can also automatically detect products online, print batch numbers, mechanically seal the cartons (or seal them with hot melt glue), reject the unqualified, and discharge the end products.

1. HMI for operation setting, it can automatically complete the carton forming, opening, product packaging, and sealing. The machine features stable performance and simple operation.

2. The machine adopts PLC control, frequency converter and other electrical components are all outsourced from international brands. The photoelectricity monitors the actions of various parts, and if there is an abnormality during operation, it can automatically stop and display the reason for timely troubleshooting.

3. The main drive motor and clutch brake are installed inside the frame, and each part of the transmission system torque overload protector is installed on the machine board. Under overload conditions, the main drive motor can be separated from each transmission part to ensure completeness the safety of the machine.

4. The machine is equipped with an intelligent detection device. There is no automatic paper box when there is no material, which is convenient to work with front-end equipment.

5. This machine can be used alone or in conjunction with other equipment to form a complete production line.

6. The machine can change the packaging specifications according to the different use requirements of users. It is easy to adjust and debug.
