Performance Characteristics

NF-120 Automatic plastic/lami tube filling and sealing machine is a new filling equipment which is independently developed and designed and manufactured by our company, based on foreign advanced filling and sealing machine type and combined with the domestic actual circumstances of plastic/lami tube.The machine type is wholly closed in stainless steel, suitable to filling and sealing of various specifications plastic/lami tube, max speed reaches120 tubes per minute, actual normal speed reaches 80 to 120 tubes per minute, variable speed via frequency converter. Filling precision is equal to or less than 0.5%.The sealing manner for plastic/lami tubes is hot air sealing.
NF-120 plastic/lami tube filling and sealing machine is a full automatic double stations type. Adopting advanced Norden drive technology and combining domestic actual circumstances, the unique main drive system is designed, Cam is a forged steel part which assures durability; Cylinder severed as spring of cam roller assures constant elasticity. Adopting most advanced imported synchronous belt in the world to delivering tube cup, encoder and PLC communication programming and touch screen operator panel, the machinery operation is controlled by mechanical cam and pneumatic component etc. The machine provides secure and stable production at high speeds via frequency converter to modulate the velocity, so making filling more precise. In order to correspond to GMP demands, the wearable sliding bearing above work table is imported from Germany, unnecessary to oil, thereby reducing pollution; In order to guarantee stable and reliable operation, use the worm gear and worm screw main motor; In order to protect machine, torque limiter and tightened to prevent the overload; In order to guarantee high speed operation ,use the synchronous belt;The whole machine advances both in configuration and allocation, equipped with Chinese fault indication and alarm signaling system, owning such characteristics as ease of handling for operation and maintenance and cleaning. The machine may be used independently, or united with fully automatic carton package machine, fully automatic shrink film package machine to become a linkage production line.
