Application

This machine is mainly used for the uniform mixing of powder, granular, and other materials in pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics, etc various industries.

Machine Features

1. The principle of gravity spread the mixture, to a material pressure feed small, and won't produce shear for material crushing.

2. The cylinder body adopts high-quality stainless steel, the outer and inner wall polishing processing, during the mixing process, the material is free of pollution, and power consumption is small and easily clean.

3. Using stainless steel butterfly valve feeding, no dust leakage and emotional phenomenon.

4. A large volume of the mixing machine can be equipped with a vacuum feeding system, improving the work efficiency, especially suitable for material mixing whose apparent density and particle size are similar.

5. The axis can be turned inside the V-type mixer. Mixing blades are added in V type of cylinder body to increase the hybrid speed and can be applied to mix the raw materials that are easy to rally.
